Open Gym

Open gym is available Monday - Friday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, providing the perfect opportunity to complete any additional training or do your own thing at your own pace. Whether you're looking to work on a specific skill, build strength, or get in some extra training, our Open gym provides the perfect space and equipment for you to do so. Our gym has various equipment to cater to your fitness needs. Our Open gym is a flexible option that allows you to work out at a time that suits you, giving you the freedom to structure your workout to your schedule. You can work at your own pace and focus on the areas that are important to you. Our gym is a welcoming and inclusive space with a friendly community of like-minded individuals passionate about fitness and wellness.
