Teens classes

Teens' classes run each night at 4:30 pm alongside the adult classes. If your teen has shown an interest in weights or improving their fitness, our classes are the perfect opportunity for them to learn new skills and become part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Our qualified coaches always provide guidance and support, ensuring your teen can lift weights safely and effectively. In addition to building strength and improving their fitness, our Infused Teens will gain valuable life skills such as focus, perseverance, dedication, motivation, and goal-setting. These skills will benefit them in the gym and all areas of their life. Classes are designed to protect against injury, and our qualified coach will always be there to ensure that your teen is performing movements correctly and safely. With our Infused Teen CrossFit classes, your teen will gain self-confidence, become physically and mentally stronger, and have fun while doing it.
